International Red Cross HR Conference

The British Red Cross has invited Andy Warby, nef consulting lead for well-being@work and OD services, to speak on employee well-being at the International Red Cross’ annual HR director’s conference in Geneva, Switzerland. Andy will be presenting different measures of well-being effectiveness to Red Cross  HR managers from around the world, alongside sharing key principles from nef‘s workplace well-being model in the context of crisis management and building community resilience.
